MISSION STATEMENT
Region 6 will assist all Metis People in becoming self-efficient in their communities for the betterment of life.
VISION STATEMENT
Metis families are respected as self-sufficient and accepted as unique cultural components of the local, regional and international communities. Together we are a strong Metis Nation, dedicated to protecting and maintaining the pride, culture and heritage of all Metis people.
OUR MANDATE

Development and enhance the Metis way of life, free from prejudice

Ensure that Land Claim issues in Region 6 receive top priority.

Promote and encourage participation by Elders and Youth.

Help define the rights of the Metis people.

Advocate and lobby on behalf of Metis members.
